> solution 2 :  개발자옵션 > USB 디버깅 활성화  재설정

* 개발자 옵션 활성화 : 환경설정 > 디바이스 정보 > 소프트웨어 정보 > 빌드번호 N번 

* 개발자 옵션 > USB 디버깅 활성화  

 

> solution 3 : 컴퓨터-USB 재연결 USB 디버깅 허용 승인
